We are busy busy busy over here getting everything ready for you to join us at RGT Thrive 2017 this Friday and Saturday! We can’t wait! Here is a little bit of info for you in case you’ve been wondering about any specifics come conference time!


Registration:

You will not need your printed ticket. Every person that has registered on-line, will be checked in via computer. If you have not registered, you can do this at the door or on-line (here) ahead of time.

*Please specify at check-in if you registered under a special ticket code or sale.*

 

Parking:

Once you have arrived at Victory Highway, you will be directed for parking and greeted for registration areas. Do not worry, we will help you find your way to the celebration!

 

Friday Evening:

Did you hear about the After Party? Stay for a little something sweet, and don’t miss all of the giveaways at the After-Party on Friday evening. This will be right on location. Don’t worry, we won’t keep you too long. Just long enough to get some goodies.

 

Swag Bags:

Yep! You read this right! The 250 attendees who registered first will receive a Swag Bag with goodies. Any registrations after 250 will STILL receive the Swag Bag as our gift to you!

 

Coffee:

Not only will there be coffee, but this year, we have gone all out with a very special Friday Coffee Bar!  Saturday, we have some amazing coffee morning-treats as well. Whoop!

 

What to Wear:

We are here to celebrate, relax and fellowship. Whatever that means for you, is good for us. Wear what makes you feel beautiful and is the most comfortable. Bring a sweater for a chance that you might be cool and a jacket if you decide to go for a walk on Market Street in Corning.

 

Water Bottles:

We’ve got you covered. Unless you want your own bottle and your own special water (which we understand), count on us to keep you hydrated all weekend long.

 

Schedule:

Are you trying to plan ahead? The basic schedule is on the website. Take a peek. Click this link then scroll down to the section marked “SCHEDULE”.

 

Gold Seating:

Some of you are super excited to have purchased those limited and early Gold Seating seats. To help you we have marked those seats off and will be giving you a special GOLD bracelet (not real gold, sorry) to help the greeters know you are able to sit in the marked areas. If you do not have a gold bracelet, please do not sit in the reserved gold seating areas on either day.

 

Workshops:

You will be able to choose from the workshops listed on the website (click here to read the descriptions). You do not register for these ahead of time.The complete schedule and workshop list will be printed and given to you with a schedule and a map upon registering, so you can attend your choices each day.

 

Speakers and Authors:

Some of our speakers are also authors and will have their books and speaking topics for sale. If you wish to connect with them, they will have a special table and a book signing during the two days.

 

Meals/Restaurants:

Breakfast both mornings and dinner Friday night will be your responsibility. We will not be serving these meals. A list of local eateries can be found online by searching “Market Street, Corning NY”. The Corning area has the most amazing choices for dining on Market Street, along with the best shops ever!

Lunch will be served both days via buffet and in two rotations. Your lunch group will be assigned at morning registration the first day.

*Note: 2 separate meal times for lunch. Please be prepared to choose your preferred lunch time option at check in.*

1st Lunch: 11:30AM and 2nd Lunch: 12:30PM

 

Food Allergies:

RGT did not collect special food preferences or allergies during registration this year. Both lunches will have GF options. If you have a life-threatening food allergy, please alert us when you check-in at the door.

 

Lodging:

Local hotels and guest accommodation options are posted on the website (here) for our out-of-town guests to choose from.

 

What to Expect:

Well, this year our theme is THRIVE. This word tells all. We will have Workshops, Keynotes, Food, Swag, Giveaways, Prayer, Worship, Dancing, Giveaways (did we mention that?) and more! Most importantly: An infusion of hope.

 

Refund policy:

All tickets and conference pass options are non-refundable. Ticket names are transferable, but are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any name transfer will need to be updated by the ticket holder. This can be done by clicking the ticket link in your email to edit.

 

Babies/children:

We welcome nursing babies and carriers. We ask that you find childcare for any non-nursing baby or children.
